Are you a birder? NCTC is working on starting a quarterly bird survey.
The first survey will be Monday, December 23. You'll meet in the foyer of Headwaters at 8:00 am. The plan is to be done by noon.
Participants should be prepared to walk around 2 miles, bring binoculars, and wear weather appropriate clothing.
